Manage your plan, secure your account, and scale the number of screens you run.
Plans
Every account starts on a 30-day trial of the full product, with one screen. After that, plans are separated by how many screens you run — from a single screen up to a fleet — and every plan includes the editor, the widgets and the apps. Nothing is held back on the smaller tiers.
Plan names, prices and screen counts are set in one place and change from time to time, so this page deliberately does not restate them. The pricing page is the source of truth. Running more screens than the largest listed plan? Write to enterprise@vitvue.com.
Billing
Manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices from the Billing page in your dashboard. Billing is available to account administrators.
Security
- Email verification — required before you can use the dashboard, so every account is tied to a real inbox.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) — protect your account with a TOTP authenticator app and recovery codes. Administrators can require 2FA for their team.
Roles
Team members can have different roles. Editors can work with Screens, Slides Library, Playlists, Widgets, and Apps; administrators additionally get Media Library, Insights, Branding & Theme, Billing, and Settings. If a section is missing from your sidebar, you likely don't have the role for it — see Troubleshooting.
