If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We want you to be completely satisfied with Vitvue. If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email [support@Vitvue.com] with your account email and reason for the request.
After the initial 14-day window, all payments are non-refundable.
If you signed up for a free trial:
In the rare event that our service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be entitled to a prorated credit for the downtime, at our sole discretion.
