At Vitvue ("we," "us," or "our"), accesible from https://Vitvue.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Vitvue and how we use it.

When you create an account, connect your first screen, or start a paid plan, we may report that event to Meta, TikTok, X and Google Ads from our own servers so that we can measure our advertising even when your browser blocks their scripts. For Meta, TikTok and X we share: the type of event and when it happened, the campaign click identifier from the link you used (if any), and your email address and account ID in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, together with the IP address and browser type recorded at your last sign-in. Google Ads receives only the click identifier, the time and the plan value — no personal data. We never share your content, screens, media, or payment details.
We report these events only if you accepted cookies, or if you are in a region where analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. If you declined, we do not report your events.
You can change your choice at any time: use "Manage" in the cookie notice, delete the vv_consent cookie, or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the app from working.
We may employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), such as:

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Messages you send to our support assistant are stored so we can answer you, hand the conversation to a person on our team by email when needed, and improve support. If you are signed in, the assistant also sees a summary of your account (plan, subscription status, screen names and their last-seen time, and content counts) to answer account questions; that summary is not stored with the conversation. Messages are processed by an AI provider under a data processing agreement and are not used to train models. Conversations are kept for up to 12 months; contact support@vitvue.com to have yours deleted.
