Vitvue provides a Digital Signage SaaS platform that allows users to manage and display content on remote screens via a web browser or dedicated app. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content (images, videos, text) you upload to Vitvue.
• License to Us: By uploading content, you grant Vitvue a license to host, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e., showing it on your TVs).
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is:
  • Illegal, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities.
  • Defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
  • Infringing on any third-party copyright or trademark.
  • Contains viruses or malware.

Vitvue reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Plan").
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing terms at any time, with notice provided to you.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

5. Third-Party Assets (Stock Library)

Our service may integrate with third-party stock libraries (e.g., Pexels). Usage of these assets is subject to the licensing terms of the respective providers. You acknowledge that Vitvue does not own these assets.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vitvue makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Vitvue, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Service (including loss of data or business interruption).
